Do i have to pay a deposit fee?
Yes, love! A deposit of $10 is needed to secure and confirm your booking. All deposits should be sent to @professionalstylistd@gmail.com
Do i have to come with my hair washed & blow dried?
You have to come with your hair washed and product-free! You do not have to come with your hair blown out because we can do it at no extra charge!😉
Do I have to text before I book?
Yes, please! Ensure you send a DM on Instagram to finalize the necessary details before booking. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation. If you don't have Instagram, please reach me at "professionalstylistd@gmail.com". You are guaranteed to get a response within 24 hours.
How many hours/days can i book in advance?
You can make your booking 3 weeks to 48hrs in advance!

Policies
- If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend you reschedule till you feel better.
- We value your time and hope you appreciate ours, too. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us within at least 24 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.
- If you are unhappy with our service, we will kindly work with you to fix it. We offer no refunds unless necessary.
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs/alcohol or who can pose a threat to our business and team members. This includes smoking/vaping!
- Prestretched extensions are required only!
- Please wash your hair and keep it product-free before coming for your appointment. Please detangle hair and note that blow drying is free!
- A late fee of $10 will be applied every 15min
- There is a cancellation fee of $15 for less than 24 hours ' notice/ same-day cancellation.
- Extensions must be dropped off at least 2-3 days before your appointment to save time.
- We generally advise you not to bring additional guests while coming for your appointment. Exceptions are only made for a mother and a child.
- Please make sure you send a DM before booking your appointment.
